Our Center have its own kitchen and dining rooms separated according to the different levels, with a capacity of around 1.000 diners in two turns. The menus offer a healthy and well-balanced diet, according to the needs of every stage and they are carefully designed by a comission formed by experts in nutrition and in technology of the food and give to the families the diary nutritional details with recommendations to complement the rest of meals at home.
We pay special attention to the student that are celiac or allergic to some foods and we prepared for them customized menus. Furthermore we a specific staff that controls the individual attention for this cases.
The students eat under the supervision of their own teachers and another carers that not only help them to eat but also to expand the education beyond the classrooms. All the staff that assist our studentshave the food handler qualification and all the facilities, the sellection of raw materials, the menu ellaboration and the service in the dinning room are regulated by our strict Quality Regulation and it is carefully supervised by external and internal (APPCC) sanitary controls.
We promote a healthy education outside the classroom, rewarding the students that include healthy food in the diary afternoon snacks. This education it is expandad to the dining room, where there is always fruit available.
Also exists another posibility to eat in the dining room only eventually using the bonos that can de purchased in the bookshop of the center.
